WIDA is excited to present the 2021 WIDA eConference. This one-day event will include 20 live sessions with interactive breakout groups and a keynote speaker.

The WIDA eConference will be held on Thursday, October 14 and is open to all who would like to attend including members of the WIDA International School Consortium.

Registration includes access to live sessions, presentation handouts and materials, interactive breakout group opportunities, and access to all recorded content through the end of 2021.  Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration costs $150, but the price will increase to $180 on September 1.

The keynote speaker for the WIDA eConference will be Viet Thanh Nguyen. Nguyen’s debut novel, The Sympathizer, won the Pulitzer Prize, was a Dayton Literary Peace Prize winner, and made the finalist list for the PEN/Faulkner award. Nguyen is a professor at the University of Southern California.

Attendees can choose from five sessions during each concurrent session block.

Conference presenters will include WIDA staff, educators and experts from the field.
