Laura Gilliam is a Proposal and Grant Specialist at WIDA. In this role, she manages the proposal development process—from initial planning to submission—for RFPs, RFIs, and grants. Prior to joining WIDA, Laura was a Proposal Content Writer at HMH, where she contributed as the RFP team's subject matter expert for the core ELA portfolio. Additionally, Laura brings 16 years of experience in K-12 education as a classroom teacher, team lead, and professional development facilitator. She holds a BA in English and a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction.
