Lodee Arnold is a State Relations Specialist on the Consortium and State Relations team at WIDA. She is the State Relations Specialist Lead on the Research Subcommittee and enjoys supporting the states in her purview. Before joining WIDA, Lodee led various programs at the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction, including the 21st Century After School Program, schoolwide and targeted Title I programs, and Title III/multilingual learner programs. She also played a crucial role in the statewide accountability system for multilingual learners.
Previously, she served as the Director of Children and Family Services at the local YMCA. Lodee earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Education in Leadership from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND. Outside of work, Lodee enjoys any and all family time, the outdoors, and traveling.
