This tool simplifies classroom implementation of the WIDA English Language Development (ELD) Standards Framework by helping educators better understand the different text types within key language uses and to quickly identify relevant content-area examples. This resource is organized by the WIDA Key Language Uses (KLUs) and adapted from the ELD Standards Framework, 2020 Edition. Use it alongside the tool Discovering Text Purposes Through the WIDA Key Language Uses.
