Kucharik is the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development for WIDA, bringing over 25 years of diverse leadership experience across various industries, including her own consulting company. She has held multiple leadership roles at both non-profit and for-profit organizations, with a focus on strategic planning and business development. Amy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring her commitment to excellence and efficiency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Education and a Master’s degree in Education and Professional Development.
