Kelly Krahenbuhl is the Assistant Director of Human Resources at WIDA. In this role, she leads a team of HR Specialists and oversees recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, training and development, and the creation and interpretation of policies and procedures. Kelly has been an HR professional for nearly 20 years and has a deep knowledge of human resources policies and best practices. She is a transparent leader who provides clear and detailed information to support all staff within WIDA and strongly believes in fair and equitable practices.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW–Whitewater and has a certification through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Certified Professional. In her free time, Kelly is a foodie who enjoys traveling, gardening, cheering on the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with her dog, Helga.
