WIDA ELD Standards, 2020 Edition: Public Input Extended!

Good news! There's more time to submit your feedback on the WIDA English Language Development Standards, 2020 Edition! You now have until January 20, 2020 to complete the survey and share the draft with your colleagues.

We acknowledge that this survey is occurring during a busy time of year for many educators. We are thrilled to have received many survey responses to date. Public input is an important part of the process of transitioning to the 2020 Edition, therefore we want to be certain that everyone who wishes to share their ideas has ample opportunity to participate.

Here's how to get started:

  • Visit the English Language Development Standards page to view the 2020 Edition draft standards resources. Before you start reviewing drafts, make sure to watch the tutorial or read the introduction.
  • Choose a draft that best matches your unique expertise and review.
  • Complete the survey.

Learn more and take the survey by January 20 via the ELD Standards page.
